In January 2013 I started listening to podcasts. Since then, I’ve listened to more than 4,000 episodes in the shower, in the kitchen, while biking, driving and even while cleaning the house. It’s a great way to discover and learn new stuff while doing something else.
My favorite shows are:
In case you don’t know Tim Ferriss Wikipedia he’s an expert in brain and body performance, startups investing, bio-hacking and the best-selling author behind The Four Hour Workweek, The Four Hour Body and the Four Hour Chef. He’s also known to be a human guinea pig a little obsessed with optimizing his body’s performance.
In this show, he deconstructs world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, chess, pro sports, etc.), digging deep to find the tools, tactics, and tricks that listeners can use.
This show is like sitting in a Stanford University lecture once a week listening to their most brilliant and successful students talking about the life and career.
